What's Actually in Our Weatherford Showroom (and Why We Carry It)

CSG West Granite & Floors, at 3905 Fort Worth Hwy, Weatherford, TX 76087, (817) 274-9378, is a one-stop countertop, flooring, and remodel showroom with over 600 slabs in stock. We carry granite, quartzite, and quartz (we're a Cambria® dealer), we're certified in Dekton® and Schluter® Systems installation, and we sell and install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and tile.

People ask what brands we carry. Fair question. Here's the list, and more importantly, where each one belongs in your house.

What natural stone countertops does CSG West Granite & Floors carry?

You can't pick a slab from a 4-inch sample. You need to stand next to the real thing.

Our walk-in yard keeps over 600 slabs in stock, so you're picking the exact slab that goes on your island.

• Granite. Natural stone, handles heat well, every slab is different. Needs sealing.
• Quartzite. Natural stone with a marble-like look and more toughness. Ask whether a slab's been tested, since not everything sold as quartzite is true quartzite.
• The Stone Collection is one of the slab sources we stand behind for granite and quartz.

Pick natural stone if you want a one-of-a-kind look and don't mind a little upkeep.

What quartz brands does CSG West Granite & Floors carry?

Quartz is engineered: ground quartz bound with resin. It's consistent, non-porous, and needs no sealing.

• We're a Cambria® dealer. There's a Cambria display tower in the showroom, so you can compare designs in person instead of on a screen.
• Quartz doesn't like direct high heat or long-term sun. Use trivets, and keep it indoors.

Pick quartz if you want a uniform look inside and your family will actually use trivets.

When should you choose Dekton countertops?

Dekton is an ultracompact surface from Cosentino, built for high heat, scratch, and UV resistance.

• Outdoor kitchens in full Texas sun
• Hot-pan cooks who won't change their habits
• Heavy-use kitchens with kids and dogs

Dekton takes specific know-how to fabricate and install. CSG West is certified in Dekton® installation.

What flooring does CSG West Granite & Floors sell and install?

We sell and install the three floors most west DFW houses come down to.

• Hardwood, including Bella Cera. Real wood, real warmth, and it adds to resale. It needs a climate-controlled house and doesn't love standing water or muddy dog paws.
• Luxury vinyl plank (LVP/LVT) from Karndean, Fuzion, LW Flooring, Coretec, and Mannington. Water-resistant and tough on pets and kids. It still needs a climate-controlled house.
• Tile from Dal-Tile and Marazzi. Tile and wood-look tile are our pick for lake houses, barn apartments, and any place that isn't reliably climate controlled.

Pick the floor for how the house is lived in, then pick the color.

Why does CSG West Granite & Floors install Schluter systems behind tile?

Tile rarely fails at the tile. It fails behind it, when water gets past grout or the floor moves and cracks the tile.

Schluter Systems makes the waterproofing membranes, uncoupling membranes, and trims that go behind and around tile. CSG West is certified in Schluter® Systems installation. More on that in our tile shower post.

Why pick countertops and flooring in one shop?

When flooring, countertops, and tile come from three different companies, you become the project manager.

• One plan. The floor crew and the countertop crew work off the same layout.
• One showroom. Put your floor sample next to your slab before you commit.
• Free design opinions. We give you the good, the bad, and the ugly on every product as part of the job, not as a consulting fee.

We work across Weatherford, Parker County, Aledo, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Azle, Benbrook, Granbury, and west Fort Worth. See our service area FAQ for details.
